① 「〇行目が空行です。」　　　　　　　　　 ：途中の行に空白がある

②「行目に値の無い箇所が含まれています。」 　　 ：途中のセルに値が入っていない

③「〇行目が CSV として読み込めませんでした。」 ：不明な文字がある

④ 「〇行目はヘッダ行と列数が異なっています。」 ：ヘッダと列数が異なる
